How It Works

Appointment
One of our local experts will explain our process, provide you with an in-depth market analysis tailored specifically to your home, and answer any questions you might have.
Pricing
Your agent will review comparable properties with you to help you determine the ideal price for your home. We deal with hundreds of properties each month, so we know how to spot local micro trends and can develop the optimal pricing strategy to accomplish your goals.
Property Prep
Before listing your home, you'll want to make sure it looks its best. Any repairs or cosmetic improvements are made at this time, before our professional photographer comes to take your listing photos.
Marketing
We'll send our professional photographer to take pictures that show your house in its best light, enter your home into the MLS, and begin marketing efforts to find interested buyers.
Negotiations
Once we have an interested buyer or buyers, we'll negotiate with the buyer agent on your behalf to get you the most for your house and the most favorable terms.
Inspections
Once you've accepted a buyer's offer and entered into a sales contract, the buyer will most likely hire contractors to carry out inspections. During the inspection period, they may ask that certain repairs be made or renegotiate the sales price based on inspection reports. We'll help you navigate these negotiations.
Closing
That's it! You and your buyer sign the final paperwork, the home's title is transferred to the buyer, and you get your money—substantially more money since you chose Jdre.
